Welsh Air Ambulance
South Caernarfon Creameries’ annual Christmas 2016 raffle raised money towards the Welsh Air Ambulance.
The Air Ambulance is wholly dependent on public donations and does not receive any support from the National Lottery or the Government. It can reach anywhere in Wales within twenty minutes and each mission costs approximately £1,500.00. This service is very much valued and needed in rural Wales and the support shown by our staff only proves this further.
There is always much interest in the raffle, and this year did not disappoint and we exceeded all expectation smashing the previous record. It’s fantastic to report that a total of £800 was collected for the Welsh Air Ambulance.
We thank staff for their support which helped us raise as much money as we did and also for the generosity of those us who donated raffle prizes: Alpma, CCL, Lion Hotel Criccieth, Stainless Steel Pipe Solutions, PFM, Snowdonia Fire, Gas and Leisure, QJS, Treif and Reiser.
