In early January we were delighted to welcome journalist Carolyn Hart and photographer Steve Ryan from the Daily Telegraph. They spent a whole day here in North Wales, at a member’s farm, on site in production and packing before heading to the Llechwedd Slate Cavern to see cheese maturing in the mine. The article was to showcase the partnership we have created with ourselves, Sainsbury’s and Llechwedd Slate Caverns and the story of the development of the Slate Aged Cavern Cheddar.

An article in the Telegraph Magazine featured on 13th February and we are delighted with the three page article, especially as it is interspersed with recipes. The photography in the article is stunning and includes images of our beautiful Welsh countryside.
