How It's Made

Ever wondered how you start out with milk and end up with cheese?

Thanks to the superb quality milk supplied to us by our member farmers we can make great dairy products. Our cows graze on lush pastures and green fields and with a mild gulf stream climate spend most of the year outside.

From the cow to the Creamery

Milk from our member farmers is collected seven days a week, 52 weeks a year by our own fleet of tankers.

Once at the creamery every process is done on our site giving us complete control over our supply chain from the milk through to the products on the shelf.

The bi-product of cheese making is whey which is collected and turned into animal feed; so every bit of the milk is utilised.

All of our cheese is carefully matured and monitored by our expert graders
